My name is Julio César Salgado. I arrived in the United States in 2010 with my family, and since then I have worked with dedication and commitment to continue growing both personally and professionally.

I consider myself an organized and responsible person. I believe in doing things right the first time to avoid unnecessary rework, approaching every task with passion, and maintaining close attention to detail. I enjoy communicating my ideas in a clear and organized manner, always treating others with respect. For me, respect, loyalty, and teamwork are essential values, both in and outside of the workplace.

I highly value collaboration, supporting my coworkers, respecting leadership, and fostering a positive environment where everyone can work together and grow. I also believe that open communication, mutual respect, and a willingness to listen to each person’s ideas are key to building a strong and successful team.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to music, socializing, and creating meaningful memories. I appreciate the opportunity to connect with people, learn from others, and leave a positive impression wherever I go.
