Lead Supervisor

Esiquio Romero brings more than 30 years of hands-on construction experience to REA General Contractors, including over five years in superintendent and field leadership roles. His background spans restaurant, commercial, and government projects, with experience managing projects valued up to $15 million and supervising crews of more than 200 workers.

As Lead Supervisor, Esiquio supports daily field operations, coordinates crews, and helps keep construction activities aligned with project schedules and quality expectations. His extensive field experience provides a practical understanding of the coordination required to move a project from active construction through final closeout.

His expertise includes scheduling, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) coordination, quality control, and project closeout. He works with project teams and subcontractors to address field challenges, organize work, and maintain clear communication throughout the construction process.

Esiquio has completed OSHA 30-Hour safety training and has experience using Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project. Combining decades of field knowledge with construction management tools, he contributes to REA’s commitment to safe jobsites, quality workmanship, and well-coordinated project delivery.
