Rolando J. Perez Garcia is the Founder and CEO of REA General Contractors, where he leads the company’s strategic direction, financial management, operations, and continued expansion throughout South Texas.

With a background in finance, investment advisory, real estate, and construction, Rolando brings a disciplined financial perspective to the general contracting industry. Under his leadership, REA has strengthened its operational controls, expanded its commercial portfolio, and built relationships with private developers, restaurant groups, industrial clients, public-sector entities, and federal agencies.

Since REA’s reorganization in 2023, the company has grown from approximately $1 million in annual revenue to more than $9 million in executed work year-to-date in 2026, while developing a work-in-progress pipeline exceeding $45 million.

Rolando’s leadership philosophy is centered on accountability, disciplined execution, financial responsibility, and honoring every commitment the company undertakes. His vision is to position REA among South Texas’ leading commercial general contractors while building an organization capable of sustainable long-term growth
